What is Pinsa Romano Dough?

Pinsa Romana is a style of pizza dough with a light, airy crust, enjoyed by Romans for millennia.

Pinsa differs from traditional crusts by using a mix of flours and a LONG sourdough fermentation, resulting in a ‘cloudlike’ crust that is crisp and chewy. Our cold maturation process increases hydration and promotes the breaking down of grains and proteins into simple sugars and amino acids, enhancing digestibility and lowering the glycemic index.

Simple to Prep & Cook:

  1. Defrosts in 15 minutes.
  2. Add your favorite sauce, toppings, and seasonings.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes at 450-500 degrees F.
