At Saval, we believe that we have a responsibility to give back and support our local community through philanthropic initiatives and partnerships with local nonprofits and trade organizations.

In 2020 alone, Saval Foodservice worked to distribute and donate over 15,000 boxes of food goods in partnership with Johns Hopkins.

Our operations team is led by Senior Vice President Gary Peisach, who is a sitting board member of Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland, a non-profit that tackles feeding impoverished and elderly clients in the Baltimore region.

One of our most successful Saval Cares Initiatives is our annual charity golf tournament that has raised over $350,000 for the Children’s Cancer Foundation since its inception over 19 years ago.

We’re a proud allied member of the Restaurant Association of Maryland, the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, UniPro Buying Group, and the International Association of Foodservice Distributors.

Night Shift Jobs Near Baltimore (Elkridge or Jessup Locations)

Night Produce Selector/Driver | $20/Hour | Apply On Indeed

• Receive and check in deliveries of inbound product (produce).
• Select customer orders of produce using pick labels.
• Shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Load and deliver pallets on refrigerated truck from Saval Produce Market in Jessup to Saval Distribution Warehouse in Elkridge.

Night Shift Selector | $18-$30/Hour | Apply On Indeed

• Must have at least 3 months experience using an electric riding pallet jack.
• Select customer orders of assorted food items from pick slots using voice pick and labels to build customer orders.
• Build pallets while picking and move to dock area for others to load.
• Review pick labels and gather equipment and pallets for selecting.

CDL B Drivers | Sign-On Bonus, pay ranging from $65,000-$85,000+ | Apply On Indeed

• Operating a refrigerated straight body 14-26 foot truck carrying food products and delivering to customers with in store delivery.

Warehouse, Operations and Meat Cutting Day Shift Positions Near Baltimore

Meat Trimmer | $16/Hour | Pulaski Highway Location | Apply On Indeed

• Weigh raw material prior to trimming and record weight.

• Trim raw material in accordance with company and customer specifications.

• Weigh trimmed raw material and record weight.

• If any deviation occurs in product or temperature, contact the Department Manager immediately for corrective action
• Schedule Mon -Fri 7:30am -4:00pm
