Assistant Inside Sales Manager

Job Duties:

  • Learn all aspects of the Customer Service Manager.
  • Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors and brokers.
  • Maintain good organizational skills - has ability to document, store and retrieve with ease documented processes.

Eligible for Quarterly bonus

**Salary is negotiable based on experience**irect sales representatives start on salary for a period of time until they reach a mutually agreed upon sales goal at which time compensation will convert to commission. Beginning salary will be commensurate with experience in sales and/or foodservice.
