This year the new economy has created a boldness and willingess to change how we work, cook and eat. Trends for the current year reflect that in some way. This trend hits very close to Saval’s heart. . . .

Small is the new big business. In the current year, we will all be taking lessons from small businesses to become closer to the customer, and to cater toward customer demands and wants in a way that a small business might do. There will also be pushes towards the use of social media as a way to get closer to the consumer.
