1 day re-certifications – Monday, October 19, 2020

2 day Food Manager Certification – Wednesday and Thursday, October 21-22, 2020


How to sign up a customer for the food manager certification?

  1. Re-certification or 2 day class
  2. Customer needs certificate number for re-certification
    1. Re-certification needs to fall within a specific time period to take the class
    2. If you do not have a certificate number Ken will research with the customers to find out status from NRA.
  3. Sign up is at least 2 weeks prior to date in order to receive class materials
  4. Cost of the Class is $90
    1. The class is free but the materials – Book and exam cost $90
  5. Exam Make up cost – $45
