Pastrami Grilled Cheese

American, Lunch, Sandwich of the Month
Cooks in 15-20 minutes | Serves 1

Ingredients

  • #76002 Pumpernickel Bread
  • #46925 4 oz. Pastrami
  • Carmelized Onions
  • #15161 2oz. Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • 2 slices of Tomato
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Spread butter on your bread and toast one side of the bread. Spread a thin layer of pesto on one slice of bread and then layer your pastrami, cheese, tomato, and caramelized onions on the toasted sides of your bread and then toast the outer slices. Cut in half and enjoy!
