Singapore Sliced Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 55663 4oz Saval Italian Pork
  • 22553 1/2oz Shredded Carrot
  • 222461/2oz Scallion
  • 22546 1/2oz Daikon, shredded Cilantro
  • 22106 1oz Cucumber
  • 22237 3 slices of Jalapeno
  • 12350 1/4 cup mayo
  • 80955 8 inch baguette
  • 76034
  • Sauce
  • 21788 2 limes, zested
  • 48008 1/4cup soy sauce
  • 65470 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 81073 1tbs Sugar
  • 6577 2tbs canola oil
  • 81969 2 tsp garlic
  • 84815 2tsp ginger

Directions

  1. Slice Italian pork. In a bowl mix the carrot, daikon, and scallion. In a separate bowl make your sauce. Add to the carrot mixture and marinate. In another bowl, mix the mayo and Sriracha sauce. On a French baguette lather the Sriracha mayo on the inside and then add the sliced pork. Add the marinated vegetables and add a couple of slices of the cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro. Serve!
