Corn Flake Crusted French Toast

French, Breakfast, French Toast, Crusted, Corn Flake
Cooks in 10 – 15 minutes | Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Corn Flakes
  • Texas Toast
  • Egg
  • Bacon
  • Havarti

Directions

  1. Place two slices of bread in liquid egg and allow the bread to soak up the egg. Place bread into corn flakes and coat the outside. Cook in a warm pan until golden and warmed through the center. Scramble 2 oz of eggs and layer french toast with egg, cheese and bacon and serve hot.
