Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Season wings with salt and pepper and poultry seasoning. Brown wings in hot skillet with olive oil for a couple minutes on each side and then remove. Sauté garlic, shallots and onion and deglaze with white wine. Add the chicken broth, cherry peppers, pepper strips and the chicken wings and simmer for 20 minutes until wings are cooked. Garnish with Parsley.
