This year the new economy has created a boldness and willingess to change how we work, cook and eat. Trends for the current year reflect that in some way. This trend hits very close to Saval’s heart. . . .

In the current year, we will all be taking lessons from small businesses to become closer to the customer, and to cater toward customer demands and wants in a way that a small business might do. There will also be pushes towards the use of social media as a way to get closer to the consumer.
