Steak & Potato Cheesesteak Recipe

  • 54676 5 oz Casino Rib
  • 51210 2oz Mashed Yukon Gold
  • 22147 1/2oz Roasted Garlic
  • 22224 1oz Sauteeed Mushrooms
  • 9856 1.5oz Smoked Provolone
  • 74357 1oz Crispy Fried Onions
  • 22436 2 Slices of Tomato
  • 22174 1oz Shredded Lettuce
  • 76037 1ea Ciabatta Roll
  • Shave the casino rib and sauté 5 oz. with mushrooms. Slice
  • ciabatta and spread mashed potatoes on the bottom and
  • top with the sautéed meat and mushrooms. Spread the
  • roasted garlic on the top slice. Add cheese to the bottom
  • half and melt the cheese in a 350 oven. Take out when
  • cheese is melted and add lettuce and tomato and add
  • crispy onion straws to the top. Top with other half of
  • bread and eat!
