WANTED: Will Call Customer Service for our Elkridge, MD location Day shift position!
Principal Job Responsibilities: This position maintains an on-going communications with Customers, Salespeople, and Drivers to maximize customer service and provide a friendly and efficient environment that is welcoming for our Customers, Sales force, and Co-Workers. Helps maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming office environment Processes data entry on daily will call invoices for pickups and deliveries. Works with will call selector to provide an effective, efficient and friendly environment for orders to be picked up Keeps outstanding invoices, and will call orders current Communicates effectively with customers, various departments regarding daily products/ order issues. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers, sales, and co- workers. Sets inbound appointments into the facility Helps keep track of, and maintains a list of samples dropped for Sales Helps transportation with various tasks such as calling drivers, answering phones, and data entry on the dispatch computer Maintains a cash drawer for customer pick up. Performs all Operations administrative functions as assigned.
Position Qualification: High school graduate. A minimum of six month of experience in office administration. Processes verbal and written communication, math and personnel computer skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills when dealing with customers, vendors and co-workers. Ability to work independently, stays well organized and able to multi-task in a high paced, always changing office environment.
